Welcome to Elmore County High School! As a former soldier and transplant to the Eclectic community myself, I can say with great authority, you are going to be greatly received and appreciated.
My name is Coach Snelick, and I served four years with 3rd Ranger Battalion. During my four years of service, I did three deployments to Afghanistan as an infantryman. After I separated from the military, I received a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice before completing a master’s degree in Secondary Social Science Education. I have been coaching and teaching for the past six years. I currently teach Government and Economics and coach Cross Country, Football, and Track and Field. I have been married to my wife, Marlana Snelick, who also teaches here at ECHS, for ten years. We have three children together.
